Time to start thinking about Odyssey 2

I can't put it off any longer.  Despite my hectic schedule it's time to start planning our next trip.

The plan so far is:

Fly to Istanbul
Ferry to Cesme (Turkey)

then the following Greek islands:

Cesme to Chios
Chios to Kalimnos
Kalimnos to Patmos
Back to Kalimnos
Kalimnos to Naxos
Naxos to Amorgos
Amorgos back to Naxos
Naxos to Santorini
Santorini to Rhodes
short trip back to Turkey (Bodrum area)
fly from Rhodes to Crete (Heraklion)
fly from Crete (Chania) to Kefalonia - Phew!

We really wanted to visit the eastern most Greek island (Kastellorizo) but I'm not sure we'll have time.

Departure date - end of April.
